Bryan Lloyd - #12 - Chief Elder

Bryan LloydBryan Lloyd has served 19 years in the fire service and is currently a Chief Officer with the Tulsa Fire Department. Bryan completed the Georgia Smoke Diver program during Class #52 in 2016 receiving Georgia Smoke Diver number 968 and Oklahoma Smoke Diver number 12. Prior to beginning his fire service career, he served seven years active duty in the U.S. Army.

Bryan is a founding member of the Oklahoma Smoke Diver Association and is the first Chief Elder of the program. He has successfully completed both the Mississippi and Georgia Smoke Diver programs. Bryan believes this program has the ability to create leaders in the fire service while at the same time teaching life saving techniques that can be used on the fireground.

 

Chad Miller - #13 - Elder - Chief Operating Officer

Chad MillerChad Miller has been a member of the fire service for 22 years. He currently serves as a Captain with the Tulsa Fire Department. Chad completed the Georgia Smoke Diver program during class #54 in 2017 receiving Georgia Smoke Diver number 992 and Oklahoma Smoke Diver number 13. Chad was the second member of the Tulsa Fire Department to complete the Georgia Smoke Diver program.

Chad is a founding member of the Oklahoma Smoke Diver Association and serves on the Board of Elders.

Chad is an adjunct instructor for Oklahoma State University Fire Service Training, and serves as an Incident Commander for the Tulsa Fire Department IMT.

 

Jason Smart - #17 - Elder

Jason SmartJason is one of the founding members of the Oklahoma Smoke Diver Association and serves on the Board of Elders. He has been in the fire service for 24 years. Jason is currently a Fire Equipment Operator with the Tulsa Fire Department, where he has served for the last 12 years. Jason completed the Georgia Smoke Diver Program during class #54 in 2017 receiving Georgia Smoke Diver 1001 and Oklahoma Smoke Diver 17.

Jason served in the Marine Corps for nine years before joining the Tulsa Fire Dept. He was on the Rescue Task Force for his first ten years with Tulsa. He is a member of OKTF-1/USAR, which he joined in 2007. Jason also volunteers with the Tiajuana Fire Department, where he also serves as a training officer for Tiajuana and its neighboring departments.

 

Mike Adkins - #18 - Elder

Mike AdkinsMike Adkins has been a member of the Tulsa Fire Department for 11 years, where he currently servers as a Fire Equipment Operator. Mike completed the Georgia Smoke Diver program during class #54 in 2017 receiving Georgia Smoke Diver number 1005, and Oklahoma Smoke Diver number 18.

Mike is a founding member of the Oklahoma Smoke Diver Association and serves on the Board of Elders.

Mike has received Haz-Mat Tech certificates and spent several years on the Tulsa Fire Departments Heavy Rescue Task Force.

 

Josh Atterberry - #19 - Elder

Josh AtterberryJosh Atterberry is a 21 year veteran of the Tulsa Fire Department. He has been a Captain for 7 years and is currently assigned to Station 19 C Platoon. Josh completed the Georgia Smoke Diver Program during class #54 in 2017 receiving Georgia Smoke Diver number 1009 and Oklahoma Smoke Diver number 19.

Josh earned his paramedic license in 2019 and serves as a TFD EMS shift supervisor when needed.
